Trump Says His Team Won’t Charge Taxes on Tips

Presidential candidate Donald J. Trump said his team won't charge taxes on tips when he gets into office.

If this actually happens, then I might add a “tip jar” on this blog. Maybe a few of the Swiss1I partly cater to a small Swiss audience. For reasons. hedge fund managers who now follow me on this blog will be so kind to also tip me so I may buy a cup of coffee or something.

Anyway, I’d consider this just a good starting point.

Actually, if I were to run for office, I’d announce that my administration would not charge federal personal income taxes and would only use gold and silver coinage,2One may still use pieces of paper or electronic forms to represent physical gold and silver coinage; the representations would be exchangeable for the precious metals upon demand, just like our Republic had done for more than half of its existence. just like the Constitution requires. Basically, I would eliminate, using an executive order if necessary, the most insidious parasites: The Federal Reserve Bank (that is, fiat currency and fractional reserve banking) and federal personal income taxation. They are two sides of the same coin, after all, as I wrote last August for Ron “End the Fed” Paul’s birthday.
